The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau settled a race discrimination lawsuit brought by Black, Hispanic, and African American employees in its Office of Consumer Response. The $6 million settlement fund covered payments to affected employees, called Time in Pay Band and Discretionary Awards, along with service awards and legal costs.
