You don't have to file anything to get paid, but you should make sure Drexel has your current address on file. The final approval hearing is scheduled for August 5, 2026.

- Who may qualify You may qualify if you were enrolled at Drexel during the Spring 2020 term and you (or someone other than Drexel) paid any portion of your tuition or fees for that term. Students whose tuition and fees were entirely covered by Drexel are excluded.
- What you needNothing is required to receive a payment. To update your mailing address or switch to Venmo or PayPal, submit an Election Form at claimsettlementportal.com within 45 days after the settlement's Effective Date (which will be posted on the settlement website after August 5, 2026). To opt out or object, your submission must be postmarked by June 25, 2026.
