• Who may qualify You are covered if you bought tickets to a Moodswings show in California, Colorado, Connecticut, Maryland, New York or Tennessee through tickets.mesmerica.com, tickets.beautifica.show, tickets.changeworlds.org or ticketshop.mesmerica.com during your state's class period. Each state has its own date range, and New York's window is the longest, running from August 29, 2022 to June 20, 2025.
• Estimated payout"Settlement Class Members with Approved Claims will receive for each Moodswings ticket they purchased during the Settlement Class Period a payment in the amount of $3.37 for members of the California Settlement Class, $2.54 for members of the Colorado Settlement Class, $2.65 for members of the Connecticut Settlement Class, $3.48 for members of the Maryland Settlement Class, $7.12 for members of the New York Settlement Class, and $3.70 for members of the Tennessee Settlement Class. Settlement Class Members who submit an Approved Claim for a Cash Payment will not be eligible to receive a Discount Code." Members who do nothing instead "will receive a Discount Code for a 25% discount on one future purchase of tickets to a Moodswings show from Moodswings’s Websites."
