LifeStance Health Pixel Data Privacy Settlement

LifeStance Health, the outpatient mental-health provider, agreed to settle claims that tracking pixels on lifestance.com shared patients' personal information with third parties such as Meta and Google without permission. If you were a LifeStance patient between March 2020 and April 2023, you may be able to claim a cash payment from the settlement fund.
Official eligibility wordingYou may be eligible if you were part of LifeStance's patient population at any time between March 1, 2020, and April 30, 2023 — Settlement Subclass 1 if you booked at least one session through the online booking tool on LifeStance's public website lifestance.com during that period, Settlement Subclass 2 for all other patients from that period. Excluded are LifeStance's officers and directors, its counsel, members of the assigned judiciary and their families and staff, and anyone who validly opts out.
