Aetna Insurance Settlement
If you had Aetna insurance in NC, SC, GA, VA, IL, IN, or DC and paid coinsurance for chiropractic or physical therapy through an Optum provider between July 12, 2012 and the settlement's effective date, you're likely in this class. The deadline to submit documentation for claims after December 31, 2017 was July 10, 2025. For claims before 2018, Aetna's records are used automatically, so no paperwork is needed on your end.
SunTrust Overdraft Fees Settlement
If you're a Georgia resident who paid SunTrust overdraft fees on ATM or debit card transactions between July 12, 2006 and April 15, 2014, you need to file a claim by September 14, 2026 to get your share. Each account is paid a Proportional Share of the net fund, with a $5 minimum.
