Venetian Las Vegas has agreed to settle a California privacy (CIPA) class action alleging it shared website users' guest-record information and confidential communications with third parties. If you are a California resident who, while in California, visited or booked a hotel stay on venetianlasvegas.com between September 18, 2024 and March 16, 2026, you can file a claim by November 24, 2026.

Notice/administration expenses, attorneys' fees and costs, and an incentive award are paid proportionally out of the two funds.
