How hard is this claim to file?
What the form asks
- Clothing purchase information — Details about the clothing you bought from Walgreens third-party vendors during the class period. The administrator already has vendor records that identify eligible purchases, so this is mostly to confirm what's on file. (Walgreens' vendors provided purchase records directly to the administrator. Pull together any receipts or order confirmations you saved as a cross-check.)
Documents you'll need
- Receipts or records of clothing purchases from Walgreens' third-party vendors during the Class Period
Watch out for
- Your payment will be non-taxable, but the administrator will still send you a Form 1099. Talk to a tax advisor about how to handle it.
- The $473,334 net fund gets divided across all class members based on each person's share of total clothing purchases. The more the class spent overall, the smaller each individual slice.
- If you're an Aggrieved Employee (purchases made March 16, 2021 through July 8, 2025), you also get a slice of the $25,000 PAGA portion, calculated separately based on pay periods when you made purchases.
- Final approval was entered January 8, 2026. Visit the settlement website to find out when payments are expected to go out.
We prepare — you file on the official site yourself. This is not legal advice and is not an eligibility decision; the administrator and court decide.
