Costco has agreed to pay $14 million to settle a class action claiming it sent commercial emails with false or misleading subject lines to Washington residents. If you received Costco marketing emails while living in Washington between June 2, 2021 and July 7, 2026, you can file a claim by August 24, 2026 for an equal share of the fund.
