• Who may qualify You may qualify if you were a Washington resident with a Washington-area-code cell number between November 15, 2021 and December 10, 2025, never signed up for Davison's text messages, and were texted anyway at a number that had been disconnected and reassigned. You might have gotten a text or postcard about it, but you can still be included if your number shows up in Davison's records.
• Estimated payoutDavison has agreed to create a $30,000.00 Settlement Fund. The fund will be used to pay Court-approved attorneys' fees and costs, settlement administration expenses, and cash payments to Settlement Class Members who submit timely and valid Claim Forms. The amount of each payment cannot be determined until after the claim deadline. The payment amount will depend on the number of timely and valid claims and the deductions approved by the Court. No payments will be issued unless the Court approves the Settlement and the Settlement becomes final.
