Watch out for

• This is a non-opt-out class under Delaware Court of Chancery Rules 23(a), 23(b)(1) and 23(b)(2), meaning you cannot exclude yourself from the settlement
• All joint holders must sign the claim form — a single signature for jointly held shares is not sufficient
• Class members whose calculated payment would be less than ten dollars will not receive any payout, regardless of valid claim submission
• Payments will only be issued after the Court grants final approval and resolves any appeals — there is no set payment date
• Shares that were redeemed in connection with the merger carry a recognized claim of zero and will result in no payout
