Leasing Expenses Co., NLS Equipment Finance Settlement
The New York Attorney General sued Leasing Expenses Co. LLC and NLS Equipment Finance LLC, alleging the companies continued deceptive leasing practices after a court had already ordered related entity Northern Leasing to stop them. The resulting settlement offered restitution to businesses and individuals who paid on these equipment leases. The claim filing window closed June 2, 2026.

NCAA $303 Million Volunteer Coach Antitrust Settlement
