Watch out for
- The opt-out and objection deadline was June 8, 2026 and has already passed. You can't exclude yourself or object anymore, but you can still file by July 7, 2026.
- Payments won't go out until after the Final Approval Hearing on September 28, 2026. Expect a wait after you file.
- If you skip filing entirely, you're still bound by the settlement and you walk away with nothing.
