Payouts ranged from $0.70 per package without proof of purchase up to $1.10 per package with proof. The claim filing window closed in 2022.
AT&T Data Throttling Refunds
AT&T sold unlimited data plans and then quietly throttled customers' speeds — and got caught by the FTC. If you were on an AT&T unlimited plan between October 2011 and June 2015 and got throttled, there's a $7 million fund for affected customers.
Herbalife Refunds
This settlement closed on August 4, 2023. It covered U.S. Herbalife distributors who bought tickets to two or more Herbalife events between January 1, 2009 and April 6, 2023. The lawsuit alleged Herbalife oversold the value of its events, and the company agreed to pay $12,500,000 to resolve the claims.
Terravia
TerraVia Holdings (formerly Solazyme) settled a securities class action for $2,500,000. If you bought their stock during a specific six-month window in 2016, you could be owed money.

Washington Nationals - Discount Tickets
If you were 40 or older and bought Washington Nationals single-game tickets directly from the team between March 29, 2023 and March 28, 2024, you were excluded from a discount offered only to fans aged 21–39. A federal court approved a settlement on September 12, 2025, and you can choose between a ticket credit (no action needed) or a cash payment (file by December 12, 2025).
Balance of Nature $9.95 Million Settlement
If you bought Balance of Nature Fruits, Veggies, or Fiber & Spice in the US between March 28, 2019 and October 27, 2025, you were part of a class action over misleading health claims. The claim deadline was March 11, 2026 and has now passed. The court held a Final Approval Hearing on March 6, 2026 but hasn't issued a final decision yet.
FTC Golden Sunrise Settlement
If you bought Golden Sunrise products between July 2017 and July 2020, the FTC has a refund program for you. No proof of purchase is required to file. The claim deadline was May 12, 2026, so check the FTC's site to see if late claims are still accepted.
Sealy Thread Count Mattress Settlement
Sealy sold bedding labeled as 1250 thread count that may not have matched that claim. If you bought a qualifying Sealy product between October 19, 2016, and October 30, 2025, the filing deadline has passed (May 12, 2026).
Joint Juice Premier Nutrition Class Action Settlement
If you bought Joint Juice in New York or one of eight other states, you're covered by a settlement over claims the product was falsely marketed. Some buyers will get paid automatically based on retailer records — but the claim deadline has passed, so if you haven't filed yet, that window has closed.
GSK BOOSTRIX False Advertising Class Action Settlement
This settlement closed on June 8, 2026. It resolved a class action against GlaxoSmithKline (GSK) alleging that its 'Big Bad Cough' advertising campaign misled New York residents into getting the Boostrix vaccine primarily to protect others. Eligible claimants who filed in time received either $50 with vaccination proof or $10 without it.
The Shade Store False Advertising Settlement
If you bought window treatments from The Shade Store between May 15, 2020 and July 1, 2025 for delivery in California, Washington, Oregon, New York, Pennsylvania, or Maryland, you're covered by this settlement. The claim deadline was June 9, 2026, so if you haven't filed yet, the cash option window has closed. Everyone in the settlement automatically gets a $230 store credit even without filing.
Team Group - DRAM Products
If you bought Team Group DDR3, DDR4, or DDR5 RAM while living in the US between May 3, 2020 and April 8, 2026, you can file a claim for a cash payment. You must submit a claim by July 7, 2026 — nothing happens automatically.
Resident Home False Advertising Settlement
If you bought a mattress or bedding from Nectar, DreamCloud, Siena, CloverLane, or Awara at a 'sale' price, you can file a claim for a voucher. You need to submit a claim form by August 18, 2026 — it doesn't happen automatically.
Robinhood trade execution
If you had a Robinhood account between September 1, 2016, and September 1, 2018, and your market orders were filled at prices worse than the national best bid/offer — costing you more than $5 total — you're covered. If your Robinhood account is still active and in good standing, your share will be credited automatically. If your account is closed or not in good standing, you need to file a claim by July 13, 2026.
Tuft and Needle Pricing Settlement
If you bought a mattress on tuftandneedle.com while in California between January 1, 2020 and December 31, 2024, you're covered. File a claim by July 14, 2026 to get cash — otherwise you'll automatically receive store credit instead.
Cosequin Dog Supplements Settlement
If you bought Cosequin dog supplements in California between May 3, 2016 and May 6, 2022, you can file a claim for up to $150 per household. No receipts or proof of purchase required, and the deadline to file is July 21, 2026.
LuxUrban Hotels Securities Settlement
If you bought LuxUrban Hotels stock (LUXH or LUXHP) between May 9, 2023, and Aug. 20, 2024, you can file a claim for a cash payment from a $3 million settlement. The deadline is Aug. 10, 2026, and you'll need brokerage records to file.
Virgin Galactic Holdings Securities Class Action Settlement
If you bought shares of Virgin Galactic (SPCE) or Social Capital Hedosophia (IPOA) between July 10, 2019 and August 4, 2022, you need to file a claim by August 13, 2026 to get any money. This isn't automatic — you must submit a Claim Form or you get nothing.

If you bought Gotham Steel, Granite Stone, or Bell & Howell cookware with stainless steel components in California or Colorado between September 8, 2021, and July 6, 2026, you can file a claim. Valid claims get $6.00 per product, up to 2 products per household, for a maximum of $12.00.
Hefty recyclable bags settlement
