Grays Harbor Community Hospital Fee Settlement
This settlement closed on October 24, 2021. It covered people who paid money to Hunter Donaldson or Grays Harbor Community Hospital related to allegedly defective medical lien notices, or whose personal injury settlement funds were held in trust, or who had satisfied or expired medical liens still on record without a release. The $750,000 settlement resolved a lawsuit filed in Pierce County Superior Court in Washington State.

If you got a debt settlement letter from Enhanced Recovery Company (ERC) that offered to settle your account but warned a leftover balance would stay with the creditor, you were part of this class action. The claim deadline was November 23, 2023, so this settlement is now closed to new filings.
Mehos Fee Settlement
If you rented an apartment from John Mehos at 102-120 D Street, 233 E. First Street, or 117½ F Street in Salida, Colorado at any point from April 25, 2015 onward, you were part of this lawsuit. You had to file a claim by November 25, 2023 to receive a payment.
Branford Manor
If you rented at Branford Manor between November 23, 2019 and November 22, 2022, this settlement was for you. The filing deadline passed on December 15, 2025, and base payments were already sent out on December 23, 2024 to those who submitted valid claims.
Wells Fargo Recurring Billing $33 Million Settlement
Wells Fargo has agreed to a $33 million settlement over recurring charges tied to dietary supplement and wellness free-trial programs run by Tarr, Triangle, or Apex. If you were enrolled in one of those billing programs and never got a refund from the FTC, you could have filed a claim. The claim deadline was March 4, 2026, so the filing window has closed.
Boroff & Associates Fee Settlement
If you were a Bronx tenant who had a housing court case filed against you by the Boroff firm after April 10, 2021, and a process server named Enrique Diaz or Emmanuel Lanzot claimed to have taped papers to your door, a court-approved settlement was reached over alleged improper service. The claim deadline was March 16, 2026, so the filing window is now closed.
FTC NGL Settlement
The FTC reached a settlement with NGL over unauthorized charges to NGL Pro subscribers. The claim deadline was April 6, 2026, so the filing window is now closed. If you submitted a claim before that date, watch for a refund from the FTC.
MUBI auto-renewal subscription
MUBI is paying $1,600,000 to California subscribers whose accounts auto-renewed between April 2021 and May 2025 without proper notice. If you had a MUBI subscription that kept renewing in California, you likely qualify.
Boston Sports Club - COVID Fees
If you were a Boston Sports Club member who got billed while gyms were closed during COVID and never received a refund or credit, Massachusetts already won this case for you. Genesis Financial Solutions $5.825M Maryland Loan Settlement
If you're a Maryland resident and Genesis Financial Solutions holds the right to collect on your credit card or personal loan under $25,000, you can claim a share of a $4 million payment fund. You must file a claim by June 29, 2026 — this is not automatic.
Posh Group - Ticket Fees (California)

Pegasus Residential $3.86M Virginia Tenant Fee Settlement
If you rented a Pegasus-managed apartment in Virginia and paid pest fees, a Community Fee, or a Lease Administration Fee between June 23, 2023 and January 29, 2026, you're set to receive a cash payment automatically — no claim form required. Just make sure your mailing address is current with the settlement administrator.
Dayton International Airport - Parking
If you paid for parking at Dayton International Airport with a credit or debit card between October 14, 2014 and October 14, 2016, and got a printed receipt, you can file a claim for a parking voucher worth up to $23. You need to submit a claim form by July 15, 2026 — this won't happen automatically.
Amazon Prime Membership FTC Settlement
