Ultimate Care $6M Home Health Aide Class Action Settlement
Ultimate Care, Inc. agreed to pay $6 million to settle a wage-and-hour class action covering current and former Home Health Aides, Personal Care Aides, and Personal Assistants who worked two or more 24-hour shifts in a week between December 12, 2016 and December 12, 2025. University of Southern California $2M Student Fees Settlement

OneCoin Cryptocurrency Fraud Remission
OneCoin operated a fraudulent cryptocurrency scheme that defrauded investors of about $4 billion between 2014 and 2019, according to the Justice Department. Compass Minerals $12M SEC Enforcement Action Fair Fund
The SEC ordered Compass Minerals to pay a $12 million civil penalty after finding the company made misrepresentations about its cost-reduction plans and production at its Goderich salt mine.
